- automatic fly control (from March th September; barn stalls only)
*tack and feed rooms will be cleaned every other day
Every 2 week, Farrier Pat Driscoll will be scheduled for listed horses. (Every appointment will be scheduled online at the Event calender)

Barn Stall - Full Board - $280/month
includes:
- wood shaving/sand
- daily stall clean out
- automatic waterers
- stall fan (10:30 am - 4:30 pm)*
- horse worming (3 month period)
- automatic fly control***
- feed (Nutrena Compete)
- hay (coastal)
- daily 2 hour pasture turn out*
- use of round-pen and arena
- use of wash racks
- we feed mornings and evenings

Barn Stall - Almost Full Board - $145/month
includes:

- daily 1 hour pasture turn out*

we will feed your horse in the morning from your provided feed and hay

Run - Full Board - $185

- weekly stall clean out

- horse worming

- 2 hour/week turn out in big pasture
For an additional charge of $15 we will provide wood shaving for run stall
RUN - Partial Board- $125
includes:
- automatic waterers
- use of round-pen and arena
- use of wash racks
- own tack room/feed room
- 1 hour/week turn out in big pasture
- you provide feed
- you provide hay
we will feed your horse in the morning from your provided feed and hay
- you clean out your stall -one time/week
For an additional charge of $15 we will provide wood shavings for run stall
